Can you black out headlights

Pretty sure thats going to be the next big thing. Though something i'm seeing more and more are Ipads in peoples cars replacing the head units. I think it looks ricey but that's because of the kind of people who do it, not the smoked look itself. Stereotypes and profiling based on car basically. I didn't cover the reverse light part. My lights look as bright as they did before. Its illegal hear but cops don't notice when they are painted. The notice the film it lets a lot less light out. I did the top portion of my head lights doesn't effect light at all.
