Have checked that the "featured" box is "Yes" for all articles, but they don't show on the front page. I have them listed in the main menu.

When featured title is pressed, I am taken to a new page with the article I want featured on it???? Have searched this forum and checked out previous answers, but none of them helped me with this issue. The only article that is showing is the first one. I would like all the articles to be on the home page, and then the menu links to just "Jump" to their position on the page. Please help! Re: Featured articles not showing up on front page. Have been working on this for over a week now Can someone help me!!

The interesting thing about using sliders is that we can finally name the first page of the article just as we want so that it doesn't have to be the same as the article title, this can be done by just putting a page break at the start of the article an name it as we want.

Is there a way to have this behavior also when the toc is represented in "pages mode"? Because as it is now the first page in the toc takes the name of the article which is absurd.

Am I missing something? Thank you. Once it is done the column will become editable. Within the Backpage can't find the Frontpage Manager. I have carefully read the previous messages, online help, etc. Any help is welcome. I'm reading Barrie M. North's book about Joomla 1. I dont have Front Page Manager too.

I felt like the same when I reached the section menu in the book section manager. After surfing the web for 2 hours I found that sections and categories merged in Joomla 1.

I think this Front Page Manager is deprecated as well.
