Part time isnt an option and the majority of the staff do not live near the location so the commute is ridiculous. They expect us to put the job over our own health and family. It's short of staff which is annoying because if there was an emergency for an employee we're asked or told that we cant leave or still have to come in to work.

Management also sends Daycare Assistant to "spy" on the teachers. Assistant Teachers do the majority of the work while the Heads sit and watch.

Hours are too long and pay point blank They don't value their employees and wonder why they can't keep people! It was one of the most stressful jobs I've had in a long time!! Pros Leaving. Cons Too many to list. They never had a stable staff for one room always switching and we were overworked and underpaid for what they asked of us. Pros 1 hour long lunch. Cons Unstable management.

Sadly this is an extremely poorly run school. The environment is negative and the poor children are treated horribly. Children spoken down to and teachers are extremely under qualified. The management is poor and play favorites. Teachers call out or show up late to work with no warnings given but others are yelled at. The pay is terrible for the amount of work they demand.
